It is open HURRAH!!! I have yet to visit it but it certainly is a VERY impressive looking establishment. Which is nice.

My SIL, who lives in Palmy, said that it's really dependent on individual landlord. So best of luck.

We've visited Palmy a few times and it's a very relaxed place, lots of green spaces and eating out choices has improved over the years. I also love the art deco buildings, great example is the ladies loo on the square!
