You will need to look on websites like Seek and Trademe but also try and contact companies direct.

and can you get a visa easily. Any info that would help would be greatly appreciated many thanks Andy
No is the simple answer to that. You will have to met certain criteria be mainly healthy and have a clear police record. Oh and some money to pay for them to check you out. Look on https://www.immigration.govt.nz/ as a starting point.

Hi there and welcome to our cosy wee forum.

Are you looking to try another country, NZ, for a couple of years and then move on or back? Or are you thinking to emigrate permanently ?

For you , as an HGV driver, it would be an NZ job offer first & then you would apply for a work visa.

Yes. NZ companies will take on overseas HGV drivers. The pay is not that good & HGV , as an occupation, doesn't allow you to emigrate permanently. For that you would need to earn $55K pa which is rare for an HGV driver here.
