Mover review??
We are moving to NZ in July. Got a quote from Anglo Pacific, Seven Seas world wide, and Britannia Movers. Of the 3, the Britannia undercut the other two movers by the collection charges which the other 2 companies charge. We don't have much but a bike, 40"LCD books and clothing coming to approx 100CuFt. All of them quoted around £650.
Britannia said they will do the packing as well, where as the other two charges separately for that. I am wondering does any one has experience with Britannia movers? Are they reliable? I have to decide soon with any one of them. Thanks in advance.

Depends where you are in the country but we used Barnes of Lincoln. Superb service, they packed the lot and were cheaper than all by some margin. Service this end was just as good and no damages!

Re: Mover review??
Hi. We have just used Britannia and all our stuff is in a container on the sea at present. I can obviously only speak for this end at present.
We had 4 other quotes and they were all similar on price. Britannia moved into the lead with service help and advice and did a brilliant job for us. Container arrives in Nelson in June so can give you feedback then. We had a fair amount to pack and filled a 40 foot container!

We used Brittania Lanes of Truro, not sure if they're part of the same company or an independent? But they were very good! Whereabouts are you? If they are the same I'll give you more detail!

Re: Mover review??
Hi thanks everyone who replied and those viewed this thread.
I am in Edinburgh and moving to Lower Hutt, Wellington.
I am finalising today with Britannia Movers of Edinburgh. I checked the ENZ website forum and it appears Britannia do good service, Theirs is the the lowest quote and that too including packing.
I am sending few items (~130 cuft) so it is under groupage service. They will do all the packing and hopefully deliver it in 12 weeks time They don't guarantee on that.

Try John Mason - we too only have part of a container and the charge is only £510
