mortgage rates on the way up
1 year fixed moved up to 8.1 with asb, others expected to follow, don't tend to have the heavily discounted deals of the uk, look at those figures with envy. Anyway if you are to have a mortgage build the higher mortgage rates in to the equation - talk of floating fixed 1 year going over 9% by the end of the year.
