Mooring a Boat in Christchurch
Does anyone have information regarding placing one's own mooring buoy in the Christchurch - Lytteltown area? The government controlled moorings are very limited and there are waiting lists, and it is too expensive for dockage for my 13 metre motorboat. I prefer to just create my own.
