There will be new rules for cars with modified exhaust as of June 1 this year

Not “my” campaign and obviously some folk see that there is a problem with hoons in New Zealand ;)

Let’s hope a campaign gets going for the crime problem too :thumbsup:

Sounds good but I'm not convinced that the import restrictions will be a great thing

Mr Duynhoven said the Government intended changing entry requirements so that imported vehicles had to meet tighter noise restrictions.
as the new import restrictions concerning emissions are gonna drive up the prices of some (reasonably) late model Jap-imports (with better emissions standards than older imports - Doh!) and all this will make motoring/transport more expensive for quite a few people
so roll on the tax cuts, lets hope its a decent tax-free allowance for those on or about minimum wage......
....we can live in hope.......:unsure:
