Have a few friends who work(ed) for Orcan & they wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. The customer service is appalling, if you have a complaint the aim isn't to help you but get you to go away & stay away. One of my friends ended up agreeing with one of their (many) dissatisfied customers about how sh1t they were just before she left.

We are with Telstraclear & haven't had any problems. We have our phoneline, calls, BB & have just moved my account for my cell phone from Vodafone to them as well. For the first time in 4 years I am able to text one of my friends in the UK AND get a reply back from her
