Medication in New Zealand?
I'm a bit worried, well quite a lot worried about my medication. I'm on two sets of medication for my neurological condition and I have been told by one immigration advisor that my medication might be a stumbling block because it may be a drain on the country.
Has anyone else gotten accepted into new zealand and been on medication?
I'm not bothered about paying for my medication and I do intend to go to college and study so I can get a well paid job so that's not an issue.

Re: Medication in New Zealand?
Hi,
I had no problem with my longterm medication in NZ at all, nor does a friend.
The cost of a consultation and prescription is quite comparable to the prescription charges in Uk alone. I suppose it does depend on what medication you take and how common it is regarding cost. I was pleasantly surprised though. Hope this is of help.
