Hi PigPuff. I understand that you're worried about the medical, but please read the previous answers to your posts. No one here can tell you if you'll be granted your visa. The only thing you can do follow the application process, including having a medical, and hope for the best. There is no way around it and there is nothing you or anyone else can do to improve your chances. The only thing that can be said with any certainty is if you don't apply and have the medical, you certainly won't get your visa. Good luck.
