Market adjustment thoughts
Starting discussion on house price forecast for this year ( a bit of fun to look back and evaluate towards end of year)
My forecast is the market will need to adjust to revised lending criteria. drop of 28%
Others? (Please not like regional estate agents who have just added $200k to 2017 CV )
