i love the way new zealand does free stuff, be it festivals, exhibitions and parks, for example wellington has Te papa free museum, theyve just built a big skate park that has climbing walls, and walks it should be great when finished, then there are the festivals, the summer siestas, got to see free live decent music in Petone,

had loads of nights out here that if you did it in the uk you would have to pay a parking fee then have to pay to get in,

also eating out here is great, its cheap compaired to the UK, and the quality is great, being a singleton have found it cheaper to eat out with mates than to cook at home

Two people go to the same restaurant but sit at different tables with different people.
One person is generally happy, a few problems, like all of us, but is happy to go out for a meal with friends at the end of a long working week. This person wouldn't say no to a lottery win, but on the whole is pretty happy with their life and the decisions that they have made.
The other person is feeling depressed and pee'd off at life. Things just aren't going to plan, it is hard to make friends and everything just seems harder now than it was just a year or so ago.

Same restaurant, same food, same service. Very different dining experience.

yeah the food choice and quality is kewl in wellington, found some really interesting places to eat, although think shed 5 is overrated, but there are some real gems, it helps to know kiwis who eat out alot, wellington has loads of restaurants of all price ranges
