Hi,
I used DHL to ship 3 boxes from the UK to NZ and tracked online this week that it arrived in Auckland on Monday. I still yet have to receive them but have to get the clearance first with MAF & Customs. I have two options: DHL would charge me $206 and let them sort out the paperwork on my behalf or complete the clearance myself and go down to the Customs House in Auckland city.
Had anyone experience any issues with this? I'm hoping to pop into the Customs office tomorrow and get the paperwork cleared.
