M and S sale..now on!
Hi, please does anyone know the amount of goods value wise in GBPs that NZ customs will NOT demand GST/taxation on please for import into NZ from the UK? I think there is a figure where if it is under that amount there is not duty. Anyone can help please?

I use this
http://www.importduty.co.nz/
usually works out about 118 sterling then you have to pay tax if postage is free, if postage is charged then the amount you can spend goes down.

They also do a super range of authentic food from India, curries and the such like. In fact they manufacture and supply a vast range of equally tasty comestibles. Which is nice. I fear that MaF may well apprehend all manner of them should one try to export said delights to NZ. Which is a shame. Alas I fear a box full of only bras and knickers for the Mrs is en route.
