In regards to New Look, I have to say I am really impressed with them.
My order took exactly a week to arrive. Also with it were two of three gift cards that relatives had bought. They can be bought online or instore and used as full or part payment.
I realised my daughter would have 3 different gift cards and so contacted them to see what we could do. They replyed within 24 hrs with a phone number which when I contact them they will transfer all 3 amounts onto one card so as she will only pay postage once.

OMG - NEW LOOK will deliver to New Zealand??? WOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry dont care who thinks i am sad for moving to NZ & still wanting UK stuff. I always thought clothes from New Look were poor quality & didnt last long, but still I always shopped there as it was only place could find stuff to fit my awkward shape and they have got to be better than what I have seen here so far. I am so glad i have seen this post - THANK YOU!!
