looking for contacts in Northland
Hi, we are moving from U.K. to N.Z. January 17th. Hubby (John) will be teaching in a school in Broadwood near Kaitaia and we would really like to find someone to talk to.

Hope you moved and that the teaching job is fine. I am thinking of buying in the Kaitaia area. Could you give me some idea of the place and the towns nearby etc. I am a teacher too so would be interested to hear how your husband is getting on. Have you found some friends- takes time. What are the people like/ did you buy somewhere in Broadwood. Please reply as your experiences would be invaluable to helping me find a decent place there- probably a holiday home/ rental. Is there a market for holiday homes there? What is the weather and scenery like??
