Yep, my son whos 5 has chicken pox... hes had it almost a week now and still has blisters so hes still contagious. Hes supposed to start back to school on Monday but cant see that happening now. Him and his sister (oh and me) been stuck in all week now, and missed his friends birthday party today. Usually we are to be found every day down at one of the local parks or beaches so being stuck in isnt something we are used to. We got so bored Thursday I just packed them into the car and just drove around.... Friday I found a deserted park and let them play for a while.... my 2 year old shouting "a swing, a swing" really excitedly.... bless her.

So while one is slowly getting over it and looking very spotty I guess I'm waiting for my little princess to get it next and then we can be stuck in all over again.... dont you just love it!! NOT!

I caught chicken pox off my 3 year old when I was 5 months pregnant. It's no fun as an adult but kids seem to cope quite well.

Hope your son gets over it quickly and its probably best if your daughter catches it too.
