No he's not, you can still read the old name "Pride of Cherbourg" if you go on the Kaitaki ferry.

I've seen London red routemaster buses and black taxis in Wellington (mosly used for promotional events rather than everyday transport). I believe that the older Tranzmetro Wellington trains are old British rolling stock (they are still used as everyday transport!)
