Leaving a rental early
 
Hi,
I know theres a few people on here in real estate and im hoping you can help.
We are currently in a fixed term rental until September. Is there any way we can get out of it without incurring costs or losing our bond. As i said the agreement says fixed term. Cheers

Only by asking the landlord to release you from the agreement, a fixed term agreement is just that
