Case officer left message today that medicals have been accepted and that she will now process the rest of the app. and call next week to advise what the next step is. Looks like we'll be there for halloween!!!!

been getting really low - have said goodbye to all my family but nothing to move on to!!

We have now been waiting 3 weeks since final medical information sent in, it is agony waiting isn't it!!!!!!!!!!!!

All info went weeks ago - have spent the last 16 days waiting for OK on daughter's overactive thyroid. Get the impression it is usually quicker but their consultant went on holiday and that has held the process up.
Way past the point of celebrating, more like quiet tear of relief
However, so looking forward to stopover - put all this behind us and start again

Visas now received and we fly out on Monday 2nd Oct. Straight there, no stopover as we've been hanging about so long we just want to be there and getting our lives sorted.

Congratulations for getting as far as you have, and you have our thoughts with you as you start the rest of your lives. How we wish we were in your shoes now (roll on Feb 07) yet we can't help but dread the day itself, all those goodbyes to loved ones.
