A freinds parents are in NZ for 6 months and they thought they had set up mobile internet on their laptop before they went. It turns out they didn't! Where can they go to get a usb mobile internet dongle around Auckland? They are getting frustrated texting home and were hoping to set up skype as soon as possible.
Any help welcome.

Go to any vodaphone shop and talk to them about "pay as you go" mobile internet. They have a very similar service to whats available in the UK, carried on the 3G mobile phone network.

I think Telecom also do an aircard type thingy with 1GB for data per month
I'm sure there are lots of cafe's around that allow free internet access.
