oh do i , i always bake can't help myself its the chef in me,doing lots of yummy things this weekend, muffins, sunflower, raisin & choc chip cookies, choc crinkle cookies (yum, hubby taking some to work for new collegues), banana bread, cranberry & white choc cookies, may do some focaccia bread too. Dinner tonight is Tacos & tomorrow its Cannelenni bean fritters. Had prawn salad for lunch got prawns yesterday $2.90 nearly p*ssed my self at price , going to email all my mate to wind them up cos its only 90p for the prawns - yum yum

My club is in the town belt above the hospital - pretty peaceful setting, tuis singing - great place to relax - we can hear the lions roaring and the monkeys screeching in the distance. There is a Pacific Island "happy clappy" church nearby and at Christmas it is really bizarre to be out in the sun in 80 degrees of heat with a Samoan choir singing Silent Night! You'll all have to come for a game when you arrive. The clubhouse veranda gets the last rays of the sun where many a chardonnay or beer has disappeared!
