Not really planning on selling, as we are still loving living in this location, we've managed to save enough to do major renovations to the front of the section and can easily afford the mortgage - but it's good to know that prices are on the rise anyway. Our planned next house move when it does come should be away from the property hotspot of Auckland as well.
