Hubby is in senior management here in NZ, has been on countless courses here. How would he fare in similar situation over in UK.

Generally it is much easier for people in senior roles to make the move from NZ to the UK rather than the other way around. The best thing to do is to talk to some of the UK recruiters - look at www.ukjob.co.nz or the Uk Section on Seek.co.nz
