That's how I felt. First thing I did was employ another manager to manage all the admin staff!
On the job market side of things (for accounts clerks/admin staff), I'm hearing that for any vacancies we are getting really good candidates, and normally several with excellent relevant previous experience. Which is a complete turnaround from 18-24 months ago.
