The Road Transport site may help.

It has an assortment of links which should help you target employers.

Fulton Hogan is one company that springs to mind. I am sure the HGV drivers among us will know of more .

Here's a few that I'm aware of:

www.trademe.co.nz (for searching for jobs - unsure if it has a CV submission thingy)
www.search4jobs.co.nz
www.myjobspace.co.nz

Another good move would be to google search for driving agencies in the area you are thinking of going to and to contact them directly.
