Hi Everyone,

My wife and I are moving to Auckland in Oct 12 and i am looking for a job in Electronic Engineering and/or Health and safety. I was wandering if anyone knows of any jobs or could advise me on how to go about applying. I am a Petty Officer in the Royal Navy with eight years experience.

As others have said Seek & TradeMe are probably the two best sites to look at initially. Otherwise you could try some consulting firms.

the Uni's at Canterbury and Auckland have strong Electronic departments/schools with a lot of emphasis on start-ups and commercialisation.

Both let you register for email alerts. Also numerous ones where you can register at agencies, most specific to job types, worth a look through the internet though.
