Job Opportunities in Taupo

My OH is a mechanical (maintenance) engineer, and we really like the look of Taupo.

Does anyone know if there would be likely to be many opportunities for this type of work in Taupo, or would we better going somewhere a little bigger?

Compared to Opotiki or Tirau

More trying to get the poster surrounding areas from which they may find work. ie not just put in "Taupo" in search engines.

In any case we found Te Puke good for work.
