That was my impression also, from doing some shopping and secretly photographing the meat and veg aisles. I daren't say anything though as after reading the forum, I could no longer believe my lying eyes.

Talking of UK/NZ shops. We were just watching QI and their buzzers are saying "cashier number 7 please", "cashier number 9" please etc. What a blast from the past especially Boots, M&S and the Post Office.....we never have to use them in our part of NZ. We just walk up to the counter and get served!

We were just watching QI and their buzzers are saying "cashier number 7 please", "cashier number 9" please etc. What a blast from the past especially Boots, M&S and the Post Office.....we never have to use them in our part of NZ. We just walk up to the counter and get served!

The only time I have to queue at the shops is when the trains have just emptied at 5.30 or just before school pickup! Love the Pak n Save Shop and Go system. When are YOU going?! lol De-railing? Moi?
