Hi re. we figured that Nat and Poppy should go enjoy the NZ summer as opposed to staying here and having to endure two winters on the trot. Also financial reason. Am hoping to get a bonus paid at the end of March which with any luck might sort out shipping. Will be extremely frustrated if that doesn't happen bit only time will tell if the gamble was worth it.

Goodness, you seem a little impatient. Have you tried the 'search' function? This will show you plenty of threads were people have discussed removal companies and those for bringing cats, dogs and horses to NZ. Hope that helps.

Sorry we have only just had wifi fitted, hence not been on for a while.
We used Anglopacific. The goods are still in transit last time I checked on a wifi hotspot it was off the coast of India. I can't fully comment on the whole service yet, but the packing team were excellent, in and out within a day and that was a 3 bed house. Would recommend them on that.

Track your container and not the ship, the containers get shuffled at some ports, especially Singapore from a big City carrier to a smaller NZ size!

Thanks for that Stormer. Going to check the container number now as when I checked earlier the Edith Maersk had started heading up to China from Singapore so did wonder what was going on!

we tracked our container and got all excited when it left Auckland thinking it would soon be with us in Wellington. How wrong we were, no it popped off down to ChCh before coming back to Wellington.

Exactly what I did straight from Singapore up into the South China Seas with only 4 days ETA Our container was on a smaller ship down in Bluff Sydney prior to coming round to Lyttleton harbour...
