I gave in and made some, was easier than having to think to hard as to what else to make for tea.

No worries about the PM. Have had assistance with my question ;).

As I said earlier, any day is pancake day. Mr Big Sticks was extremely happy with a huge plate of pancakes for tea, though Mrs Big Sticks looked rather hot and flushed after slaving over a two hot hot plates :eek:

I know. It is far too hot to be flipping pancakes.

Perhaps there should be a counter-Christmas and a counter-pancake day so you can have chestnuts roasting on an open fire without getting heat stroke, and pancakes as the days grow warmer and longer.

Still Christmas in the sun was very nice!
