Unhappy It's A Leaker.

Well, great. Looks like my youngest 2 childrens' school is to be demolished as it leaks so badly it can not be repaired. Worst in the country apparently.

We found out the severity of it in last week's paper. Nice of the school to mention it beforehand ... not.

Story here.

The kids think they'll be on 3 News tonight at 6PM. With having lost their Intermediate status with next year being their last, losing out on the new Papamoa College zoning and now this I wonder how they'll survive to be honest?

I'd be ringing the department of education and asking them just what they intend to do to accomodate those children whose education is at threat. The onus is on them to provide affordable public education for schoolaged students.

My daughter's school was a leaker and they have spent so much time getting it up to scratch...there was minimal disturbance really...the school had 600 pupils...they just did it in stages...so there is hope

Just be gald that it's not your home
