Sounds like gold dust Loxley, make sure you hang onto him. Is he offering to help you with the trade certification side of things? sorry if my terminology is wrong.

How did the house sale go Loxley, did you manage to work out a deal with your buyer in the end?

No, fell through. We offered them a deal pay 250k for the house and 6k fixtures 'n' fittings but the cheeky beggers wanted 6k worth of f 'n' f. even though we were saving them 7.8k on stamp duty.
some people you cant please.
