Introducing us - looking forward to arriving very soon!
Exciting times for our family. Having visited NZ 7 times over the years we decided to make the big move. My best friend lives there and we have lots of friends there. My husband has a new job and we have got residency. He moves out to the North Island in 2 weeks time and me and our 5yo daughter follow in August. We have bought a house already and move into that beginning of September when hopefully our container should have arrived!
We must be mad because we are also taking 3 dogs and a horse!
Any advice would be very much appreciated - what should we bring or leave behind?

Hello! And welcome to the forum.
Sounds like you have got everything sorted and everything is set up. Which part of NZ are you guys heading to?
Bringing a horse! My wife has a couple of horses and I know what a pain it can be just to get them from one side of town to another. How do you go about shipping one half way around the world?
