Insurance HELP

My partner and I are coming to NZ in APril and have 12 month travel visa & a working holiday visa. Can anyone help with what type of insurance we need and should we get it in NZ or before we travel? Thanks

not really sure what sort of insurance you mean?
if you are going to travel as a tourist, you will want to get insurance against theft of possessions or lost luggage.
