Indulge Me Please ....
NATIONAL GO-KARTING CHAMPIONSHIPS
After just 8 months in the sport, my gorgeous son raced in the cadet class of the Nationals today.
He is now officially crowned the 7th fastest cadet in New Zealand - the whole country!!
More Bolly please ...
I am one supremely proud mum!!!!

Well done at boy!! What great sport!! How did ou get your lad into it? Felix has just turned 8 and I would love to get him into it. I wanna do it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hubby just took him down to our local club, in Te Puke. Watched the other kids, got talking to the other dads and officials. One of the other dads let Aston have a go in their kid's kart and that was it! Mind you, it's not cheap!
You have a club at Manawatu - in fact Aston will be competing there in October for the North Island Championships!

It has changed him for the better so much - better concentration, focus, kinder, more considerate - it's unbelievable. His school work and behaviour has also improved as a result of it. You know what they say - "kid's in sport, stay out of court."
Hubby just took him down to our local club, in Te Puke. Watched the other kids, got talking to the other dads and officials. One of the other dads let Aston have a go in their kid's kart and that was it! Mind you, it's not cheap!
