Im 20. Thinking about moving to NZ from the uk.
Hey
Im looking at hopefully moving to Newzealend in aprill may time, I have a friend moving there this week, and also have an uncle out there!
Where would the best place for me to go? Ive been looking at aukland / tauranga or wellington? any advice?
I like gym, football, meeting people, nice scenery, beaches, going out to pubs/ clubs etc, shopping

first thing you need to establish is what type of visa you will need, best way to do that is check out Immigration New Zealand web site

then you need to work out what work, do some on line hunting of which area has the best prospects for you gaining work, look at salaries, rental costs, day to day living costs but also factor in the costs for visa's, medicals, police checks, flights etc if and when they are needed. it is all rather costly

Medical checks? How much would you recomend taking accross there? So do you think Tauranga would be the place for me? or were else would you recomend

Where are your Uncle & friend living?
Auckland is an option, it has some great beaches. It also has a good nightlife (by NZ standards) but it is expensive.

not sure on those area's but if you are looking for IT work then we were advised that Auckland or Wellington where the best bets.
