If you won lotto, where would you live?
I would move back to the UK. There's a little village I used to go to holiday to called Horton in Ribblesdale (North Yorkshire). I was last there in 1986, and many happy memories of walking my dog up Pennighent.
Oh, and a small place at St John's wood (lords), to watch some cricket from time to time.

MMMM... a place called Bird Island which is a coral atoll in the Indian Ocean,visited the place a couple of years ago....Reminded me of that tv program Fantasy Island...EEEEEasy life... no worries

well a long recce trip around NZ would be the first thing to do then we'd decide either NZ or the SW of UK - Devon/Dorset/Cornwall....

That would be my plan. Also visit various countries on the way there and back. In reality I just want a holiday that never ends

House in Wellington (Seatoun probably)
Apartment in Edinburgh
Bach somewhere down South (Queenstown/Wanaka/Te Anau)
Apartment in Melbourne

What a lovely thread! We're working towards this now, but a lotto win would make it all happen over night, minus the hard work.

Only the lotto to win now, like Irn Bru we would choose Seatoun, thats if it had a swimming pool with it of course.
With a nice holiday home like Fiji or somewhere near and exotic so that I could jump in my private plane as and when I wanted.

I have 10 lines in Saturday's draw.
I'd add another level to my house and transport it to probably Seatoun. Very fond of that place.
I'd also buy a house on the Place des Arcades in Monflanquin, SW France. Aaaah memories.

I'd just be a nomad and jet off to wherever I fancied next, I'd stay a while maybe until I got fed up and they say hmm where shall we go tomorrow. I'd also need a big cruisey boat so I could sail around the caribbean and greek islands.
Actually lotto would never be enough; anyone know of any billionaire sugar daddies going spare?
