I hate my bank

I hate my bank
With a passion. I am just really fed up with dealing with them and I have decided to move all my accounts.
Problem is, I get the feeling that they are all the same.
My main gripe, is the lack of personal service and the whole "unless you are loaded, we don't care" attitude.
One recent example, I had pay one of my suppliers, a figure that went over my daily transaction limit (despite having more than enough funds) and the only person that could help me was my "personal business manager". Someone who would not return my calls for two days!!
I have just spent this morning interviewing all the major banks and I really do not get a warm fuzzy feeling from any of them.
I am considering a smaller bank or building society and wondered if anyone had any recommendations. I'll need to have a business account and a personal account.

CUNZ? They have a great name that's just asking for a âTâ so they must have confidence in their customer service.
Banks hate you and don't value your business. Retail banking is that annoying other thing banks do on the side.

I'm with ANZ National over there and have a personal banker who is proactive and very helpful. Anything that needs sorting and he's on to it.
Over here I find the smaller banks are better for customer service than the big 4.
