Re: Hubby Underwhelmed ...
Make him play computer games all day.
Make him the local dog-walker - not just yours!
Make him come on here all day.
Make him dress in a maid's uniform and carry a feather duster That will make him appreciate what he has now!
Stay pissed on a permanent basis
You're going to have to find him a job and get a childminder.
I don't suppose he wants to work in the evening when you would be home? Would lead to less family time but would get him out and meeting people.
Can he work from home?

He hates the dogs.
Then he'd be rude to people and he'd do it under my user name!
Does that anyway.
I'm always intoxicated one way or another.
He needs to find himself a job and childminder I am not his mother.
Probably would relish getting away from me ...
He's busy shopping on TradeMe, is that classed as working from home?

Re: Hubby Underwhelmed ...
I'm at work pretty much all the time, he's home with our youngest (4.5yrs.) Doesn't help that I left him without a car after I blew his up last weekend?
So he doesn't meet people very much and doesn't seem to want to? But loves telling me how crap it all is, you know, the weather, the houses, the cold, the price of everything ... drone, drone, drone ...

C'mon Dave, we know you you have your own login!!
I remember you jumping to the fairy one's defence months ago. Re-invent yourself as one of the cynical, wry posters and fill those daylight hours

Re: Hubby Underwhelmed ...
He should!!! Instead of replying to Kiwi sellers on TradeMe with things like "Get your people to call my people. DKNY." Which unsuprisingly completely throws them!!

Re: Hubby Underwhelmed ...
OH NO! My hubby is a Kiwi too and has spent 7 years moaning constantly about Scotland and everthing Scottish and how wonderful NZ is and how long and hot his childhood summers were, etc, etc.
I reckon he's going to be the same as your husband when he gets home though - and discover it's not the paradise he thought it was. At least I'll be able to send him home to his mother for a few days. She can listen to his non stop whining for a change.
If you discover a cure let me know (and they call us whinging pommes!)
