HR help

Hi, Is there anyone out there with HR experience, willing to give my wife some pointers on where she's going wrong? She has been trying to get a job (she's been out of the workforce in recent years doing her degree and masters), but keeps getting knocked back before even getting an interview!:frown:

So , if you can give some advice please do....we're getting desperate:thumbdown:

I have been employed in HR for 13 years, in the uk, however I have done only a month in NZ. If I can help please let me know

Microbiology, and field, she's got a BAppSc with papers done in food micro, medical micro, enviromental micro and industrial micro.
