how can we apply without qualifications

how can we apply without qualifications
we are looking to move to new zealand, agents want upto 5k to do the job for us, im a builder without qualifications in building but i am studying web server and server management at moment, i have btec national in business and finance but i cant get a job offer, ive tried employment agents without much luck, without a job offer i cant put in my eoi as i wont have enough points on the web site helllp please

can you come on a study visa?

You could try phoning some job agencys to test the water as to how likely you would get a job if you went out there. Then do what were doing hopefully in september, arrive for a holiday, job hunt and hopefully get a job so you can apply for a work permit or residency. We have enough points but won't get picked as we don't have a job offer. Go for it!
