House in Chch!
Hi All,
I don't know if this is against the rules but I will give it a go!
We are planning to go back to the UK for 5 months in June. We have a lovely townhouse in Addington, Christchurch (about 2 km from the city centre) We will probably use an agent to rent the house out on a 6 month term fully furnished lease but would be happy to hear from any Brits arriving in Chch who would be interested in a 4 - 6 month term.
8 years old, 3 bedrooms, double garage and easy care courtyard with all the mod cons that you need to feel at home. (totally furnished)
If you were happy to look after the cat I would be happy to knock a few Dollars off the weekly rate!!
A long shot but you never know!

That's a hard one! As much as I love dogs I don't think the house would be suitable and I'm not sure the cat would be too impressed! The courtyard is pretty small and we are on a busy road????

I am processing my residency right now via the partnership route & expect a response in the next 6-8 weeks so may be interested- will have to check it out with my OH but how much would you want per week? He may want to stay with his mum till we find a place aggghhhh:curse: but maybe I can convince him otherwise.

Based on my estimations (similar properties on Trade Me) we are asking NZ$375 per week.
An agent is coming round over the weekend but I would much rather let it privately which would benefit both parties.
