Re the steel framed ones in CHCH well hubby was very interested in them when he saw them. They seem to go up a lot quicker to. Mind you NZ has prefabricated framing too which helps. Only thing over here that is prefabricated are the roof trusses. Hubby has always been so envious of NZ builders that dont have to frame the walls of houses from scratch like he does
