Mum's house in UK is under offer, so hoping to start our upsizing project soon.
Has anybody used homesell, as opposed to just doing a private sale or standard real estate agents?
had a good luck at their site, and ordered the info pack. Their fees and back up sound reasonable, so would like to hear personal experiences, ideally from sellers, but buyers too on how the process went. Good or bad.
If this may be a bit sensitive, then please pm instead of public posting.

OK. you might also want to start this in the MBTTUK forum. Some of them are bigtime on house buy/rent .
I'm fine with it. Stick the sell in your signature and also into the classifieds
