GLUTEN FREE FOODS
I wondered if anyone knew of the availability of gluten free foods in the Auckland area. I mainly buy gluten free bread etc from the supermarket or health shops rather than on prescription - found that route not very satisfactory for me, seemed to waste rather a lot. Would appreciate any info. We are still trying to sell our house (some hope!!!!) so I am getting a bit ahead of myself, it's just the waiting gets borrrrrrrrrrrrrrring........!

I can't help with Auckland as I am top of the south island. What I can say is that gluten free food is available here in the Nelson and Tasman region.
