Hi all
I'm new to this forum, so thought I'd introduce myself...
I am a Finn, living in Finland (sorry if I'm tresspassing as this is a British forum
), and thinking about moving to NZ in about a year's time with my hubby. We're both approaching 35 and work in the IT. Original plan was to move to the UK, but the credit crunch put us off the idea and we started looking at other options in the English-speaking world. At the moment we are in favour of Wellington as it sounds like our kind of city. I would be interested to hear comments from fellow Scandinavians as some things are different for us (e.g. pet quarantine rules etc.). We don't have kids, so schools etc. are not a worry for us. We have 2 trained search and rescue dogs and a cat that will move with us, though.
