Hi
Hi
We have lived in NZ for almost 6 six years now, I have always read the expats site but have only just joined up. Always enjoyed reading other peoples stories.
There are 4 of us, me, hubby and two grown up kids. Aged 20 and 17.
I found it difficult settling in to the kiwi way of life, I think it probably took until about a year ago (honest)to really feel settled.
We havn't been back to Uk yet but are going next year for a month. I havn't got much family which should have made it easier but I think there will always be things I miss.
Good luck to everyone who are in the process of emigrating

We live in Wanaka have lived here for just over 5 years before that Tauranga for about 7 months.
Our son lives in Dunedin at Uni, our daughter is in Year 12 one more year at college to go.
We've got a B&B been doing that for about 2 years, really enjoy it.
Dave is an electrician, he works at a local resort hotel doing maintenance, electrics, etc etc.
