HGV Driving jobs.
Hi, can anyone please help! We are new to this website but have found the information really helpful and therefore wondered if anyone can help us!
We are moving out to Ashburton in October - have a truck driving job. Getting ready to sort out the work visa but would love to get residency - this is where the problem starts!!!
We can't seem to find out if once we're in NZ on a work visa we would be able to apply for residency - as truck driving isn't on the long term skills shortages list - or if once you're working in NZ residency is easier?
Does anyone know?? Has anyone gone out on work visa trucking? if so how are you getting on - any tips?
