This document is from 2006, I couldn't find a later one so is probably still current. I hope it answers some of your questions https://www.mcnz.org.nz/assets/stand...guidelines.pdf

Thank you for your response, i understand the medical standards though i had been constantly having my medical consultation and laboratory test every 6 months, my medical practitioner says my Hbeag is negative and my ALT level is Normal.
do i have a chance for it?

Nobody can give you any solid advice whether you will be accepted or not. Going off the Operations Manual links it seems unlikely, but every application is treated individually and we were always told (by our Immigration consultant who assisted our application) that anything is possible and its only over when it is over.
You will only know if you have a chance if yo apply and subsequently get through to the visa processing stage where your medical report will be referred to a Medical Assessor who will make a recommendation to Immigration based on your prognosis and your expected cost to the NZ Health System and of course if you meet the basic health requirements or not.
If you are serious about migrating to NZ you'll probably try anything to see if you can get through as if you don't try you'll never know.

Re: HEPATITIS NURSE
Are you asking if you can switch from whatever visa you're currently on in New Zealand to a visa that allows you to complete the CAP course, or are you asking if you can get a visa from the country you're living in to travel to New Zealand and do the CAP course?
Or, are you already in New Zealand, have already been accepted into the CAP course, and you're asking if you'll be able to get work in NZ as a nurse after you've completed your course?

No-one here can guess what that outcome might be.
If you are concerned then you may wish to engage a specialist immigration lawyer to collate your application and case.
SoS. I think they are already in New Zealand.

It's a bit unclear to me what exactly it is you're asking. Are you living in New Zealand at the moment, and if so on what visa? Or are you living in another country?

i am currently in new zealand and i’m a student visa, i just recently pass my ielts and my on process for my Cap just waiting for my CAP letter also, though i still have a post work study visa after my course, they will conduct a medical after which thats what i am worried about that they couldn’t grant a working visa to me.
