hello - Sheffield to Raumati
Hi been meaning to post on here for a while..
Moved here from Sheffield with our 2 year old boy we are in 30s/40s - been here 8 months now and recently moved to a rental in raumati - lovely place - would be great to meet up for a good chin wag with any fellow brits up the coast/poirirua who have recently made the move.

I'll be too far away for a meet up (move to Akld on Mon) but there are bound to be many others down your neck of the woods!

We have been in Paraparaumu for around 9 months, came here from Auckland where we had been for three years. We would be hapy to meet up and share experiences, you are only down the road from us.

Paraparam was a bit of a shocker to us. The pub barmaid told us to go and get fish and chips as everywhere closed about 8 o'clock! 
Sat in there eating, then a mate from kiwibiker popped in to say hello. This meant the pub could stay open as there was now three clients!
